Job Description
Risepoint seeks a Development Engineer to support the Engineering Enablement organization in advancing its CI/CD modernization, GitHub platform maturity, and release readiness automation. This consultant will replace one of the current offshore DevSecOps pipeline operators, bringing a stronger development-first, automation-oriented capability to reduce manual work and accelerate self-service across teams 5+ years in DevOps/Platform or Build Engineering roles. Expertise with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps YAML, and IaC (Terraform). Strong scripting/development ability (Python and PowerShell). Familiarity with security and compliance automation (e.g., GHAS, policy-as-code). Experience building self-service tooling in multi-team or federated engineering environments.
