DevOps & Microservices

KalSoft Oman is looking for a highly skilled and motivatedwith expertise in DevOps practices and Microservices architecture to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in modernizing legacy systems, building scalable microservices, and automating deployment pipelines to accelerate our integration initiatives.

• Design and develop modern integration solutions using microservices, containers, and cloud-native technologies.

• Lead or contribute to the modernization of legacy integration platforms into scalable, API-driven architectures.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth and secure deployment of microservices.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

• Develop reusable APIs and services to support business applications and external integrations.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance and reliability.

• Implement best practices for container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).

• Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met across integration pipelines.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in modern integration development using microservices.

• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies (CI/CD, GitOps, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in API development (REST, GraphQL) and management (e.g., Apigee, Azure API Management).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Understanding of messaging protocols (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) and event-driven architecture.

• Solid programming experience in languages such as Java, .NET Core, or Node.js.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).
