DevOps Manager

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Team Lead (AM Level) to join our team. This role involves leading a team of DevOps engineers, managing project deliveries, and driving technical innovation across CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and release management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, problem solver, and technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience: 7- 10 years

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Deployed as a solution architect in individual capacity
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to design and implement scalable and secure DevOps solutions.
• Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including solutioning, provisioning, monitoring, and scaling environments.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Drive automation across deployments, monitoring, testing, and configuration management.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource management.
• Ensure best practices in DevOps, SRE, and cloud security are followed across the team.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve the DevOps ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of overall DevOps & Cloud experience with 3+ years in a DevOps role.
• Proven experience leading DevOps or infrastructure teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, Azure DevOps).
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.
• Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Experience with FinTech/Healthcare/Enterprise SaaS (customize based on your domain).
• Familiarity with security and compliance practices (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
• Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps or Solutions Architect track.
