. At least 12+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with 10 years of people and technical leadership experience 2. Should have managed a team of 8 to 10 people. 3. You should have excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement). 4. You should know how to drive Poker Planning/ T-shirt Sizing technique for Sprint Planning 5. You should have experience of working with teams spread across different functions in an organization. 6. You should have good knowledge in Agile best-practices, processes, and tools in support of DevOps processes. 7. You should have experience with driving team for the automation of AWS or similar cloud infrastructure deployments. 8. Good understanding of Infrastructure and deployment of CI/CD process using GIT, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, python boto 3, Helm, etc. 9. You should have exposure to services like Kubernetes, RDS, etc.. 10. Good understanding of SRE tools like Datadog, New Relic, etc. is plus.
