DevOps Manager – Hands-on Technical

Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Position Overview
NAM Info Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a DevOps Manager who is a strong hands-on technical professional with deep expertise in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Multi-Cloud environments.
This is not a people-management-only role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable designing, implementing, troubleshooting, automating, and operating production systems hands-on, while also providing technical leadership and mentoring to the DevOps/Platform Engineering team.
The role will involve owning the reliability, scalability, automation, security, and operational excellence of enterprise-scale cloud and data platforms across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in product companies/product engineering environments and should be comfortable working closely with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Product, and Leadership teams.
Skills required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–12 years of overall experience, with 10+ years preferred, in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles.
- Strong preference for candidates who have worked in product companies/product engineering environments.
- Multi-Cloud DevOps Expertise – AWS, Azure & GCP
- Terraform & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Kubernetes & Container Orchestration – EKS / AKS / GKE
- CI/CD Pipeline Architecture & Automation
- Production Operations & Reliability Engineering / SRE Mindset
- Docker & Cloud-Native Application Packaging
- Data Platform Operations – Data Lakes & Lakehouses
