Job description

As a DevOps Lead, you will lead a team of DevOps & Automation Engineers, who work closely with the development and customer support teams with the goal of improving development, deployment and support. The ideal candidate comes with a deep understanding of Cloud hosting (Azure/GCP), on-premise infrastructure architecture, and automation of end-to-end release engineering processes. This hands-on technical role requires senior/expert-level skills in DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and manage highly automated delivery pipelines using approach of Infrastructure as Code

• Work with product team and deploy applications on cloud

• Real time monitoring of Product environments

• Trouble shoot Infra, analyze logs and apply fixes

• Handle manual and repetitive maintenance tasks that are technical in nature

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience in handling DevOPS Preferably leading a team for 2 Years

• Handling DevOps work driven mainly in the cloud (Google, AWS, Azure) environment

• Should have excellent understanding of Devops principles

• Experience in the introduction of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)

• Experience with Git and Release process.

• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience on Infrastructure as code development using Terraform

• Proficient in containerization & deployment management, Docker & Kubernetes

• Hands-on experience deploying microservices and other web applications

• Experience with Ansible or an equivalent CM tool.

• Experience with modern monitoring solutions including but not limited to Elasticsearch/Kibana/Grafana/Prometheus stack

• Strong knowledge in any of the Code Review and Security tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination across Product teams and Customers

• Exposure to MLOps , deploying and monitoring ML models to production will be plus
