Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
DevOps Lead with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, Helm, Ansible, and ArgoCD, along with strong integration skills for code quality and security tools such as
SonarQube and
Black Duck.
You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure and scalable DevOps pipelines to support continuous delivery and cloud automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Kubernetes (K8s) clusters for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Develop, maintain, and version Helm charts for Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Lead and implement containerization strategies using Docker and container orchestration best practices.
- Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and high availability.
- Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices, integrating tools like SonarQube, Black Duck, and security scanning solutions.
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and other IaC tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes and enhance deployment quality.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless production operations.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior DevOps engineers, and contribute to architecture decisions.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and container platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.
- Strong knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience integrating SonarQube, Black Duck, and other DevSecOps/security tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, YAML).
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
- Solid understanding of networking, security policies, and deployment best practices.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
