- Lead and architect end-to-end DevOps solutions for cloud-native and hybrid environments.
- Design and implement highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration, ensuring optimal scaling, networking, and security.
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, QA, and security teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks to ensure infrastructure and application health.
- Drive DevOps best practices, automation, and culture across teams.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the DevOps landscape.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles with strong leadership capabilities.
- Expert-level experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed clusters).
- Extensive knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation and management.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of networking, security, load balancers, and containerization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
- Familiarity with service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments or hybrid cloud solutions.
- Certification in AWS or Kubernetes (CKA, CKS, etc.).
