. Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments.
. Manage and maintain CI/CD tools to accelerate software development and deployment.
. Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and systems.
. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues in development, test, and production environments.
. Collaborate with software developers to streamline the development to deployment process.
. Build and maintain tools for monitoring, notification, and analytics.
. Conduct system tests for security, performance, and availability.
. Develop and improve operational practices and procedures.
. Ensure critical resolution of system issues using the best cloud security solutions.
A successful DevOps Lead should have:
. Extensive experience in DevOps engineering and team management.
. Knowledge of debugging with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
. Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Argo CD, or similar.
. Experience setting up code scanners such as Snyk & SonarQube.
. Familiarity with OpenTelemetry & ClickHouse implementation with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
. Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
. Experience with SSH, SFTP server, Tomcat (WAR), JAR deployments, and nginx.
. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
. Ability to mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers/interns.
. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
