About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer at Zintlr, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and monitoring systems. You'll work closely with engineering teams to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on infrastructure work, debugging production issues, and continuously improving system reliability.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure
• Handle IAM access management and security best practices
• Build and maintain Docker-based containerized environments
• Perform Linux administration and Bash scripting
• Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and log management systems
• Troubleshoot production issues quickly and independently
• Build infrastructure and deployment automations
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Manage networking components: VPCs, VPNs, Route53, ALB/NLB, DNS, security groups
• Work on AWS cost optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure roles
• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux, and Bash
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and environments
