As a DevOps Engineer at vice president level, you will contribute to building the bank's DevOps engineering capability, culture, and mindsets. You will mentor and coach feature and platform teams to enhance DevOps practices, close capability gaps, and drive continuous improvement to improve the end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach platform and feature teams to higher levels of DevOps capability.
- Assess current DevOps capabilities and design learning workshops or training to close gaps.
- Demonstrate how to measure, understand, and visualise the flow and delivery of value through DevOps tools, techniques, and processes.
- Advise teams on capability uplifts best suited to their needs and abilities.
- Provide feedback to strengthen policies, standards, practices, and associated DevOps tooling.
- Ensure decisions are based on robust data, ROI, and value measures for intelligent cost management.
- Promote technical and cultural change across the bank, driving adoption of DevOps centre of excellence practices.
