  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux administration, preferably Ubuntu, RHEL, or Rocky Linux.
  • Good understanding of Linux networking, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, routing, TLS, system services, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with Git and repository management practices.
  • Experience with scripting or automation using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes.
  • Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP services, networking, IAM, compute, storage, and monitoring.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWS or GCP certification.
  • Experience supporting highly available, customer-facing production platforms.
  • Exposure to SIP, RTP, SBCs, VoIP, telephony, contact-center platforms, or real-time communication systems.
  • Experience with Kubernetes deployments, Helm, service mesh, or cloud-native architectures.
  • Knowledge of security scanning, vulnerability management, secrets management, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with incident management, production support, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Familiarity with Ansible, Packer, Argo CD, Flux, Vault, or similar DevOps tools.
  • Experience working with multi-region cloud deployments.
