Primary Title: DevOps Engineer
About The Opportunity
We are hiring for a role within the Human Resources & Talent Solutions sector supporting technology and enterprise clients across India. This on-site role is ideal for engineers who build and run cloud-native infrastructure, automate delivery pipelines, and drive operational excellence for production services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (build test deploy) using Jenkins/GitLab CI to enable frequent, reliable releases.
- Package, deploy and operate containerized applications on Kubernetes; manage cluster lifecycle, Helm charts and rolling upgrades.
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) across AWS accountsnetworking, compute, storage and IAM configurations.
- Implement automation for configuration management, system hardening and repeatable deployments using scripting and configuration tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize production systems implement observability, alerts and runbooks to reduce MTTR.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to improve release processes, enforce infrastructure standards, and support on-call rotations.
