Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer to drive automation, standardization, and secure deployment practices across the organization. The role focuses on building scalable CI/CD pipelines, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and establishing robust DevOps frameworks with strong documentation and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Automation
• Design and implement reusable CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts
• Enable efficient build and deployment processes across applications
• Improve release cycles through automation and standardization
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Develop and maintain standardized IaC templates
• Ensure secure and consistent infrastructure provisioning
• Implement DevSecOps practices within IaC frameworks
• DevOps Tooling & Pipeline Security
• Evaluate, implement, and standardize DevOps tools
• Build and maintain secure deployment pipelines
• Integrate security controls across the CI/CD lifecycle
• Documentation & Governance
• Create comprehensive asset documentation and user guides
• Define implementation standards and best practices
• Ensure knowledge sharing and adoption across teams

Required Skills

• Strong experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security integration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles
• Proven experience in automation, infrastructure management, and deployment pipelines
