DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean, or Google Cloud.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to improve system performance, deployment efficiency, and incident response.
• Monitor system health and performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-specific monitoring solutions like AWS CloudWatch.
• Manage container orchestration platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes, to ensure efficient application delivery.
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure covering patch management, vulnerability scanning, and access control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Proven expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Digital Ocean, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Proficient in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Solid knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Good understanding of networking, system monitoring, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Knowledge of database management and performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
