Position: DevOps Engineer

Location: Pune

Shift Time: - 2PM-11PM IST

Job Description: Senior DevOps Engineer to manage both DevOps operations and toolchain administration. This role is critical in ensuring seamless CI/CD workflows, maintaining infrastructure reliability, and optimizing DevOps tools like Nexus, SonarQube, GitHub, AWS EKS, ArgoCD, and Jenkins. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least one of these tools and a deep understanding of DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities:

DevOps Operations:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications running on AWS EKS using ArgoCD.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance across the entire DevOps lifecycle.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for proactive issue resolution.
• Support developers in optimizing deployments and improving reliability.

DevOps Tools Management:

• Administer and maintain Nexus (artifact repository) and SonarQube (code quality analysis).
• Manage upgrades, configurations, and integrations of Jenkins, GitHub, Github Action Runners, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, backups, and recovery strategies.
• Troubleshoot tool-related issues and provide operational support to development teams.
• Ensure high availability and performance of DevOps tools.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with of the following tools: Nexus, SonarQube, GitHub, AWS EKS, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
• Strong Knowledge on SDLC
• Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and maintenance.
• Strong experience in at least on programming languages [Java, JS or .Net]
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm).
• Understanding of security best practices in DevOps environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.
