Leadership

Nalin, Anil, and Abhineet are IIT Bombay alumni and serial entrepreneurs. Their success stories include – Oyo, Ola, Holachef, Inrea and Sodel Solutions. Since 2008, the focus has been on solving big data problems, real-time predictive technologies and algorithms primarily Ad-tech, Consumer Marketing and Media and growing eCommerce brands. Sanjeev comes with a very in-depth knowledge of consumer tech and is adept in scaling the systems. He is currently heading the Engineering team at Snapmint and looking forward to scale the tech for the next 100M consumers.

About the role

Snapmint DevOps team is looking for a DevOps Engineer with a passion for working on cutting edge technology, and thrives on the challenge of building something new that will operate at massive scale. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in managing modern cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Kubernetes, cloud services (AWS/GCP), observability tools like Grafana, Loki, Fluentd, and have strong Linux and scripting and automation skills. You will completely be building and owning one of the areas of DevOps - CI/CD, Scaling microservices and distributed applications using containers and Kubernetes or related technologies, db clusters, Data Lake platform, Centralized logging & monitoring, security

Basic Qualification

● 1–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles.

● Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

● Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

● Exposure to AWS or GCP cloud platforms.

● Basic understanding of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Fluentd, or similar monitoring tools.

● Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls).

● Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts.

● Basic application deployment and troubleshooting skills.

● Strong learning mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

● Assist in managing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) and containerized

applications.

● Support application deployments and scaling using Kubernetes and Docker.

● Help build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

● Monitor system health and performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.

● Assist in log management and troubleshooting using tools such as Loki, Fluentd, and

Elasticsearch.

● Support cloud infrastructure operations on AWS or GCP.

● Work with NGINX Ingress, DNS, and basic networking configurations.

● Assist in managing databases, backups, and monitoring for production environments.

● Write and maintain automation scripts using Bash or Python.

● Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes, reliability, and

operational efficiency.
