Role: DevOps Engineer - Software R&D (Sports Medicine)

We are seeking a dynamic
DevOps Engineer to support R&D Software teams within the Sports Medicine Division. The role will develop and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and support containerization efforts through Docker and Kubernetes configurations.
What will you be doing
- Develop and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Support containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes configurations.
- Participate in the implementation of security best practices.
- Help configure, monitor, and maintain system performance using observability tools.
- Contributes to version control, build, and release management processes.
- Support compliance and documentation activities for medical device software regulations.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn, apply, and improve DevOps practices.
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle, including support for products released to market.
What will you need to be successful
- Education: BS in Software Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent required. MS or PhD in Software Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- Licenses/ Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Kubernetes certification preferred.
- Experience: Should have a min 1 2 years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE
Competences: (must have)
- Fundamental understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch)
- Understanding of containerization concepts
- Fundamental scripting skills (Bash, Python)
