Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining our operations and processes by implementing DevOps practices and tools to enhance our software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
- Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Implement and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
- Ensure security best practices are followed in the deployment and management of applications.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience in DevOps or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong proficiency in YAML, Shell scripting, and Python.
- Working knowledge of Jinja2 templating for reusable pipeline components
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and operational troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Apache Airflow (DAG deployment, scheduling, failure handling)
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
