At Setu, we're building the API infrastructure that powers India's digital financial ecosystem. Our products enable businesses to seamlessly integrate financial services such as payments, account aggregation, lending, and more.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer I to help build, automate, and operate the cloud platform that enables our engineering teams to ship secure, reliable, and scalable products.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Operate Kubernetes workloads on EKS/ECS.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GitOps workflows with Flux CD.
• Improve platform observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and cloud security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer productivity and deployment workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Good understanding of Linux, networking, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with GitOps, monitoring, and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps tooling.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Flux CD.
• Exposure to ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Thanos, or OpenSearch.
• Experience working in SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliant environments.
• Knowledge of AWS security services such as GuardDuty, Inspector, IAM, and WAF.
