What You'll Do

• Monitor, maintain, and support large-scale, high-throughput data streaming pipelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for L1/L2 support issues related to data pipelines.
• Perform initial analysis and debugging of production issues by reviewing logs and identifying root causes.
• Conduct first-level Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production outages, implementing permanent fixes or workarounds while collaborating with engineering teams.

Core Technical Requirements

Technical Experience

• 1–3 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Application Support, with a focus on big data ecosystems.

Big Data Frameworks

• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Apache Flink, and YARN.

Debugging Skills

• Strong ability to read, analyze, and debug code written in Java or Scala.

Linux & Scripting

• Strong command of Linux/Unix environments with proficiency in Shell scripting or Python for operational automation.
