Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to help build and scale the Global Capabilities Centre (GCC) for Premium Parking in India.

In this role, you will be responsible for automating software delivery, managing cloud infrastructure, and embedding security across the SDLC (shift-left security). You will work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and security to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and highly reliable.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Improve deployment frequency, reliability, and rollback mechanisms

DevSecOps & Security Integration

• Integrate security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) into CI/CD pipelines
• Implement secure coding and deployment practices
• Manage secrets, certificates, and access controls

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS Focus)

• Provision and manage infrastructure on AWS
• Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of cloud resources
• Implement high availability and disaster recovery strategies

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible
• Ensure version-controlled, repeatable infrastructure deployments

Containerization & Orchestration

• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Handle deployments, scaling, and cluster management

Monitoring & Incident Management

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and system improvements

Compliance & Governance

• Support compliance initiatives such as SOC2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001
• Implement security policies, audit controls, and governance best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–7 years in DevOps / DevSecOps / Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Solid understanding of:
• IAM, networking, and cloud security best practices
• Linux systems and troubleshooting
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred

• Experience working in a SaaS or product-based company
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security tooling
• Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI, ISO 27001)
• Familiarity with identity platforms (Azure AD / Google Workspace)
