Devops Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Automation & Infrastructure Management:
• Design and implement automated solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and custom scripts to manage and scale infrastructure.
• Container Orchestration:
• Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes.
• Optimize and scale Kubernetes clusters for performance and reliability.
• Cloud Management:
• Manage infrastructure on public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Implement cloud-based solutions for scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Scripting and Coding:
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python for configuration management and operational tasks.
• CI/CD Implementation:
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build and deployment processes.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
• Implement and manage infrastructure configurations using Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent IaC practices.
• Monitoring and Alerting:
• Configure and manage monitoring solutions, with expertise in Zabbix.
• Establish alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Security and Compliance:
• Implement security best practices for infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or infrastructure automation role.
• Proficiency with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Strong scripting skills with Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with Zabbix for monitoring and alerting.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in DevOps, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and/or Terraform.
• Additional experience with other cloud platforms and services.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization.
• Knowledge of networking principles in a cloud environment.
• Experience with other monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus).
