DevOps Engineer

About Position:

This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code. The position involves enhancing toolchains across Jenkins, GitHub, Bamboo, and Azure services while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. You will architect highavailability Jenkins environments, build reusable pipeline components, and drive automation across teams. The role requires collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders to identify technical gaps and deliver remediation strategies. Additionally, you will ensure compliance through governance frameworks, maintain clear documentation, and present project insights to leadership. This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, technical depth, and leadership capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Optimize and enhance the CI/CD toolchain by adopting complementary tools such as GitHub, Bamboo, and Azure services, and develop shared libraries and reusable pipeline templates.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Jenkins masters and agents in a highavailability and faulttolerant setup, including autoscaling of build agents.
• Implement strong security measures including RBAC, secret management, code analysis integrations (e.g., SonarQube), and enforce governance and audit controls across pipelines.
• Customize CI/CD pipelines based on business requirements to improve efficiency and alignment with project needs.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify technical debt and provide actionable remediation plans.
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, solutions, and user guidance.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Deep expertise in Jenkins (Pipeline as code, Plugins, customization)
• Deep understanding of Azure DevOps and cloud platforms
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Scripting knowledge in python
• SQL Server CI/CD
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities
• Excellent communication and Leadership Quality
