Key Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and maintain DevOps tools, techniques, patterns, and processes
- Create and manage trusted, automated pipelines from development to production environments
- Coach and mentor platform and feature teams to improve DevOps capability and drive continuous improvement
- Support the implementation of DevOps methodologies and tools within teams
- Contribute to building the DevOps engineering culture and mindset across the organisation
Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of DevOps principles, software engineering, and IT operations
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools for CI/CD, source code management, deployment, and configuration
- Experience with Python automation scripting
- Hosting microservices or micro frontends on PCF
- Implementing observability tools such as Splunk, DX Suite, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Designing and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines for Java, .NET, Python, and ReactJS applications
- Experience working in Agile environments and ways of working
