Devops Engineer

Job Description*  

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation processes. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in deploying and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, preferably within the banking, fintech, or enterprise domains, with exposure to end-to-end infrastructure management.

*Key Responsibilities*  

- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.  

- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.  

- Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.  

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for reliability and efficiency.  

- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve release cycles.  

- Automate operational tasks and configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar tools.  

- Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.  

- Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools, best practices, and industry trends.  

*Required Skills*  

- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.  

- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.  

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.  

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.  

- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.  

- Understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus).  

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.  

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.  

*Preferred Qualifications*  

- Prior experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise IT environments.  

- Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless computing.  

- Experience with automation of security and compliance processes.  

- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
