We are looking for a skilled and hands-on
DevOps Engineer with
2–5 years of experience to join our engineering team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong practical expertise in
AWS cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, monitoring, security and scripting.
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, automating, monitoring, and maintaining scalable and highly available application and cloud environments. The role requires someone who can troubleshoot production issues, improve deployment reliability and collaborate effectively with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Job Responsibility
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize scalable and highly available infrastructure on AWS.
- Build, manage, and optimize Docker containers and containerized applications.
- Deploy, configure, and manage applications using Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Implement effective monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization solutions for infrastructure and applications.
- Troubleshoot issues across AWS, applications, containers, Kubernetes, networking, and infrastructure environments.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across AWS infrastructure, containers, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate repetitive operational and infrastructure activities using Shell scripting, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.
- Participate in production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support infrastructure scalability, reliability, availability, and performance across production environments.

- Educational Requirement
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications or equivalent practical experience in cloud and DevOps technologies will be an added advantage.
- Experience Requirement
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
- Practical experience with Docker and containerization.
- Good working knowledge of Kubernetes, including Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Hands-on experience with Git and source-code management.
- Good understanding of DevOps principles, automation, security, scalability, high availability, and production operations.
