Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Developer with strong expertise in InstallShield, WiX, and software packaging/installer technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating and streamlining the software development lifecycle through Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. This role requires collaboration with development, QA, and release teams to build, maintain, and optimize deployment pipelines, installer frameworks, and release processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain installer packages using InstallShield, WiX, and related technologies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Automate software packaging, deployment, and release workflows.
- Evaluate and recommend modern installer and deployment technologies.
- Lead migration initiatives from InstallShield to alternative installer platforms where applicable.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve build and release efficiency.
- Troubleshoot build, packaging, deployment, and environment-related issues.
- Ensure release processes follow security, compliance, and quality standards.
