Role/ Job Title: Senior Technology Delivery Manager
Function/ Department: Information Technology
Job Purpose
The role entails the responsibility of providing product feature stories, Ensuring adoption of collaboration tools for program transparency and tracking product adoption and monetization metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Good understanding on Incidents SLA, and strictly Adhering to defined SLA.
- Ensure Product release cycle, make sure the features are tested and deployed as per expectation.
- Work with product managers and business to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer first solutions.
- Help team with Agile project management and work with project management leads and tech for delivery.
- Create user stories with acceptance criteria, responsible for creating various user flow diagrams, data flow diagram.
- Ensure process adherence, timely release of products and Regulatory TDM.
- Deliver and effectively track all the deliverables.
- Candidate should preferably have knowledge on Banking Domain

Education Qualification (Fulltime)
- Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Experience: 5 to 10 years in total experience
