DevOps Engineer

Job Title: Lead DevOps Engineer

Location:Ahmedabad

Experience:5–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to take technical ownership of our DevOps infrastructure and help build scalable, secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the architecture of DevOps infrastructure.
• Build, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available systems on Kubernetes.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize servers for improved performance.
• Monitor production systems, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Implement security measures to protect infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Review and improve existing DevOps processes and introduce new processes where required.
• Take ownership of technical challenges and resolve issues independently.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in DevOps infrastructure architecture and system planning.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CNI plugins, such as Calico.
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio.
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Strong experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Good understanding of firewalls and infrastructure security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Experience with data storage and distributed systems such as TiKV, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Object Storage, and PostgreSQL.
