DevOps Engineer

About the Role

At Healthify, we're building technology that helps millions live healthier lives. As we expand globally, we're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to build, manage, and scale reliable production infrastructure across cloud environments.

You'll work across AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and multi-cloud infrastructure, with ownership of scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

What You'll Do

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, manage, and optimize scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure.
• Infrastructure as Code: Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules, automate provisioning, and manage infrastructure changes.
• Kubernetes & CI/CD: Deploy and troubleshoot Docker/Kubernetes workloads and improve deployment pipelines.
• Multi-Cloud & Multi-Region: Support infrastructure across AWS and other cloud providers, including regional deployments, disaster recovery, and data residency.
• Security & Reliability: Implement security best practices, monitoring, alerting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
• Optimization: Improve infrastructure performance, developer productivity, and cloud costs.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Strong production experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one additional cloud provider—OCI, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, security, and cloud architecture.
• Proven experience managing production systems and independently owning infrastructure changes and incidents.

Good to Have

• Scripting experience with Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with multi-region deployments, disaster recovery, data replication, Redis, Helm, GitOps, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

You'll independently manage production infrastructure, resolve incidents, improve deployment reliability, and contribute to our global infrastructure strategy.

This is not an entry-level role. We value engineers with proven production experience who can troubleshoot independently, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership from design through deployment.
