Devops Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Perform Linux/Unix OS service administration tasks including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize shell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide application support, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Implement best practices for system security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve potential issues to minimize downtime.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support as needed.

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with Linux and Unix OS service administration.
• Expertise in Shell Scripting.
• Application support experience in production environments.

Good to Have Skills:

• Exposure to DevOps tools and processes.
• Familiarity with container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
