About the Company
A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company is hiring its founding India team and has partnered with Flexiple to bring on a DevOps engineer to run its cloud infrastructure. You will keep deployments fast, infrastructure reliable, and the engineering team unblocked. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer, you will build and operate the CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring that let the engineering team ship safely and often.
Key Responsibilities
CI/CD & Automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple services and teams
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Reduce manual toil through scripting and tooling
Infrastructure & Reliability
- Operate and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Set up monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation across services
- Lead incident response and drive blameless post-mortems
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure-engineering role
- Hands-on experience with a public cloud platform and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) and familiarity with Linux systems
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes in production
- AWS, GCP, or Azure certification
- Exposure to security or compliance requirements in a regulated environment
