About the Company

A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a DevOps engineer to run its cloud infrastructure. You will keep deployments fast, infrastructure reliable, and the engineering team unblocked. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will build and operate the CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring that let the engineering team ship safely and often.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple services and teams
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Reduce manual toil through scripting and tooling

Infrastructure & Reliability

• Operate and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation across services
• Lead incident response and drive blameless post-mortems

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure-engineering role
• Hands-on experience with a public cloud platform and infrastructure-as-code
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) and familiarity with Linux systems
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes in production
• AWS, GCP, or Azure certification
• Exposure to security or compliance requirements in a regulated environment
