DevOps engineer

About Finkraft: Finkraft is a fast-growing fintech startup building infrastructure to simplify and modernize financial operations. As we scale, reliability, speed, and security of our systems are critical — and DevOps is central to making that happen.

Role Overview: We're looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to build and scale our deployment, infrastructure, and developer experience. You'll own CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability — ensuring our engineering teams can ship fast and safely.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) across services

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS) and deployments

• Manage containers (Docker) and Kubernetes-based systems

• Optimize AWS services for our tech stack (Python backends, ReactJS frontend, microservices)

• Improve release automation, versioning, and rollout strategies

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure

• Improve developer experience (faster builds, better workflows, environments)

• Support incident response and production issues

• Manage infrastructure for AI/ML workloads and data pipelines

  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering

• Strong experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and automation

• Hands-on with AWS (or similar cloud platforms)

• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

• Security practices (SAST, DAST, secrets management)

• Experience with microservices and high-scale systems

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and GPU management
