Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 812 years of hands-on experience in
cloud infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration. The ideal candidate
should possess deep technical expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes (GKE),
Terraform, and Azure DevOps, along with strong scripting, networking, and automation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / Jenkins /
Cloud Build / Azure DevOps.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Kubernetes (GKE).
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and IaC best practices.
- Manage and optimize cloud environments across GCP (and AWS if required).
- Implement security, monitoring, and logging solutions for cloud workloads.
- Work on BigQuery for analytics workflows and data integration.
- Manage source control and versioning through GitHub.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
- Troubleshoot and optimize cloud networking, load balancers, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure high system availability, reliability, and scalability in production environments.
Technical Skills Required:
- Cloud Platforms: GCP (primary), AWS (good understanding), Azure DevOps
- Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes (GKE), Docker
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager
- CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Cloud Build, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps
- Programming/Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting
- Cloud Services: GCP (Compute, VPC, IAM, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub)
- Networking: Load balancers, Firewalls, VPC, Subnetting, DNS, VPN, routing
- Operating Systems: Strong understanding of Linux and system administration
- Version Control: Git, GitHub
- Monitoring/Logging: Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana (added advantage)
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in cross-functional teams
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., GCP Professional DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator, AWS
Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
