About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and fast-track our platform modernization journey.

You'll help design and build self-healing, resilient systems that support applications at scale, while pushing the boundaries of AI + DevOps integration.

What You'll Do

• Lead platform modernization: containerization, service mesh adoption, microservices & serverless migration.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines & self-service DevOps platforms for seamless deployments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) for scalable, repeatable deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration & operations (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Apply AI/ML automation for predictive alerting, anomaly detection, and intelligent incident response.
• Drive observability standards (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, AIOps) for monitoring, logging & alerting.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into every stage of the SDLC.
• Research & adopt emerging tech to improve scalability, resilience, and developer experience.
• Participate in SRE on-call rotations, production support, and post-incident reviews.
• Build internal tools to boost platform visibility & operational efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents & resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture & security teams to align on best practices.
• Support disaster recovery, backup strategies & compliance (SOC2, ISO).
• Mentor junior engineers & foster a culture of engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with a software engineering mindset.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Istio/Linkerd.
• Strong with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Spinnaker).
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog).
• Knowledge of AIOps & ML-driven automation.
• Solid IaC skills (Terraform, Pulumi) & config management (Ansible, Puppet).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, pub/sub).
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization & automation strategies.
• Security scanning in CI/CD (Trivy, Snyk, arnica).
• Problem-solving skills in complex, distributed systems.
