DHL LINK is DSC's global integration platform connecting internal systems with customers and partners (B2B) and also internal systems together (A2A). In the LINK Solution Support team, we are looking for a self-driven and analytically strong team member who can combine technical support experience with AI, automation, and data-driven reporting.
In this role, you will analyze and support implementation of AI-based solutions that improve incident & problem handling, knowledge management, service quality, and operational efficiency. You will also develop and maintain Power BI domain reports, providing clear visibility of service performance, workload, trends, and improvement opportunities. You will cooperate with DSC and ITS teams globally.
To succeed, you need a solid technical background (understanding of integration technologies is an advantage), support processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while turning complex information into practical improvements.

This role is best suited to candidates with strong analytical skills, a self-motivated mindset, and a technical foundation that allows them to understand integration platforms, support processes, and operational data.
Technical Skills:
- Must have
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, report development and dashboard maintenance
- Awareness of AI, Copilot, automation platforms
- Ability to analyze, (co)design, and support implementation of AI and automation solutions
- Good Information Technology background and understanding of IT support processes
- Good knowledge of SQL, data analysis, data quality checks, and working with structured operational datasets
- Good to have
- Experience with reporting automation, Power Query, DAX, or similar analytics tools
- Awareness of low-code/no-code platforms used to improve support processes
- Technical understanding of integration technologies, middleware concepts, interfaces and data flows
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, or similar platforms
- Advantage
- Scripting or coding knowledge to support automation, data extraction, and reporting improvements
- Experience with Azure services, APIs, or cloud-based integration and automation capabilities
Other Necessary Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, investigate root causes, and translate data into clear recommendations
- Knowledge of ITIL operations framework, especially Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, service reporting, and continuous improvement
- Fluent English for daily communication, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to communicate complex technical or analytical findings in a simple, structured, and business-friendly way
