At DHL eCommerce, billing accuracy and reliability are critical to keeping global eCommerce moving. As a DevOps Engineer - SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, efficient, and compliant invoicing processes for highvolume globa l eCommerce business.

In this role, DevOps means production stability, handson configuration, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of missioncritical billing services.

You will work handson with SAP Convergent Invoicing, supporting daytoday production operations, resolving incidents and defects, and implementing billingrelated changes and improvements. Your role will combine support activities, system configuration, and close collaboration with business teams, other SAP BRIM modules, and global IT colleagues.

You will grow your expertise by working with real production systems in a global environment, learning endtoend billing processes and contributing to continuous improvements that directly impact DHL customers worldwide.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong handson expertise in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).

Very good knowledge of other SAP BRIM modules such as FICA, CC & SOM is an important advantage.

You are a technology enthusiast with:

• Handson experience in SAP BRIM CI configuration, Project Implementations & Production support
• Good understanding of SAP FICA, CC & SOM
• Experience with incident analysis, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under time and workload pressure

As you will work in a multinational environment, good spoken and written English is required.
