DevOps Engineer

Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 2–5 Years

Role Objective

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the automation and reliability of our cloud-native applications. You will work on the front lines of deployment, ensuring that our GitHub Actions and ArgoCD pipelines are fast, secure, and compliant.

Tech Stack

• Cloud: AWS (ECS, EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, VPC, Kafka, Redis, RDS, Opensearch)
• IaC: Terraform
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD (GitOps)
• Observability: Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, OpenTelemetry
• Standards: PCI-DSS, SOC2, CIS Benchmarks

Key Responsibilities

• Container Management: Deploy and manage services across AWS EKS and ECS.
• Automation: Write and maintain Terraform modules to ensure Infrastructure as Code is the only way we provision resources.
• Shift Left: Integrate automated security scanning (SAST/DAST) and cost-checkers directly into GitHub Actions.
• Observability: Instrument services with OpenTelemetry and build Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring.

Requirements

• Domain: Previous experience in Fintech or high-stakes transactional environments.
• Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, API Gateway, IAM).
• Tools: Proficiency with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
• Mindset: A strong belief that manual is a bug.
