Position: Senior Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer with deep, hands-on experience in cloud-native engineering, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, IaC, and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate must be capable of owning the entire platform engineering lifecycle from architecture to delivery while ensuring security, scalability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD / Flux (advantage).
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Implement service mesh solutions such as Istio for traffic management and observability.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or equivalent tools.
- Script deployment pipelines and automation workflows (YAML, Bash, Python).
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless DevOps integration.
- Work with monitoring tools such as Datadog for dashboards, alerts, and instrumentation.
- Support DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning (Snyk preferred).
- Troubleshoot platform issues across Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD, and infrastructure.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on Cloud/DevOps engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes (control plane & workloads).
- CI/CD pipelines: GitHub, Azure DevOps.
- IaC: Terraform (mandatory).
- GitOps experience (Argo/Flux).
- Azure Cloud expertise (core services, networking, compute, security).
- Scripting: Bash, Python, YAML pipeline authoring.
- Strong English communication verbal & written.

- Cargo/Argo Workflows knowledge
- Ability to read application code for standard DevOps tasks
