DevOps Engineer

The role would involve supporting the MYGAIT+ developer platform, exploring its capabilities, conducting demos, troubleshooting developer issues, and providing DevOps support.

• seeking MYGAIT+ Developers to support and enhance the MYGAIT+ Developer Tools platform and its developer community.
• Provide end-to-end DevOps support, including CI/CD, deployments, environment management, and troubleshooting.
• Develop strong knowledge of MYGAIT+ features, tools, and capabilities to provide effective developer support.
• Explore new platform capabilities and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved developer experience.
• Create and deliver quick demos, technical walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts for new features and use cases.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with engineering and platform teams as required.
• Provide timely support, documentation, and knowledge sharing to developers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Skills:

• MYGAIT+ / Developer Tools – platform support, feature understanding, and capability exploration
• DevOps & CI/CD – Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, deployment and release management
• Cloud & Infrastructure – AWS/Azure, infrastructure automation, and environment management
• Programming/Scripting – Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting
• Issue Resolution – debugging, root-cause analysis, incident management, and production support
