DevOps Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Automation Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, scripting, monitoring, security, and Databricks. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing scalable AWS infrastructure, automating deployment processes, implementing security controls, and supporting enterprise cloud and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage secure, resilient, and scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Develop Terraform modules and AWS CDK stacks for EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, EKS, and KMS.
• Automate AWS infrastructure monitoring for health, cost, performance, and security using CloudWatch, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, and GitHub Actions.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Groovy, and Shell.
• Implement security controls, access policies, and compliance requirements across AWS environments.
• Manage secrets and encryption keys using AWS KMS and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, documentation, and drills.
• Manage Databricks workspaces, clusters, and jobs, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and Data Engineers to support project requirements.
• Participate in daily DevOps stand-ups/sync meetings.
• Monitor and optimize AWS resource utilization and spending using AWS Cost Explorer and CloudWatch.
