Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with software engineering and IT teams to streamline development workflows, improve system performance, and ensure efficient and dependable application delivery in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and deployment environments
- Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
- Implement infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security; respond to incidents and resolve issues
- Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place
- Document infrastructure architecture, procedures, and operational processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and scripting
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
- Experience supporting high-availability or large-scale production systems
