DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps & Platform Engineer to build and scale internal developer platforms, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and enhance overall engineering productivity. This role focuses on automation, infrastructure reliability, and enabling development teams to ship high-quality software faster. You will play a key role in bridging development and operations by implementing best-in-class DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms to improve engineering velocity.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage and scale containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability across environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes and tooling.
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Understanding of system design, networking, and cloud architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Experience building self-service developer platforms.
