Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in DevOps practices and solutions
Lead and collaborate with multiple teams to drive engineering and deployment decisions
Own end-to-end responsibility for technical delivery and DevOps strategy within the team
Provide solutions to complex technical challenges across multiple teams and systems
Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance technical skills and DevOps maturity
Continuously evaluate and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability
Ensure smooth integration between development, testing, and production environments
Support automation of infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and monitoring
Drive best practices in DevOps culture across teams
