Job Description
CI/CD & Release Engineering
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment.
Ensure reliable, repeatable release processes across development, staging, and production.
Reduce release cycle time and improve deployment success rates.
Cloud Infrastructure
Provision, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or equivalent tooling.
Own cost optimization, security posture, and availability SLAs.
Container Orchestration
Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
Maintain cluster health, configure autoscaling, and enforce resource and security best practices.
Support deployments across microservices and distributed architectures.
Monitoring & Observability
Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging infrastructure.
Build dashboards to track system health, performance, and SLOs.
Reduce MTTD and MTTR through structured observability practices.
Security & Compliance
Embed security into the delivery pipeline (DevSecOps practices).
Manage secrets, IAM policies, and network access controls.
Support compliance requirements through audit logging and infrastructure hardening.
Collaboration & On-call
Partner with development teams to improve developer experience and deployment workflows.
Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response.
Drive post-mortem action items to resolution.
