Automation Expertise: Expert-level experience in automating operations tasks such as deployments, CI/CD, and security updates using Bash, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform.

Monitoring Expertise: Hands-on experience monitoring modern cloud applications at scale, using tools like Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic. Expertise in Magento/PHP application architecture and deployment

Job Description - We at Aivi are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in AWS cloud services, automation, and monitoring of large-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and application deployment for Magento/PHP-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Automate operations tasks including deployments, CI/CD pipelines, security updates, and system configuration using Bash, Ansible, Docker, and Terraform.
• Deploy and maintain Magento/PHP applications in cloud environments with optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes/EKS.
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic, and other monitoring tools.
• Maintain databases and caching solutions including MySQL, PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, Redis, and Elastic Cache.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD.
• Ensure security best practices for cloud infrastructure using AWS WAF, Shield, and other security tools.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support application deployments and troubleshooting at scale.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Cloud Platforms: AWS (Route53, CloudFront, S3, ECS, EKS, EC2, RDS, Elastic Cache, ELB, OpenSearch, WAF & Shield)
• Automation & DevOps Tools: Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ArgoCD
• Databases & Messaging: MySQL, PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, Redis, Kafka
• Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic
• Application Expertise: Magento and PHP-based applications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in cloud and application environments.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing cloud-native applications at scale.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud infrastructure.
