Project Role : DevOps Engineer

Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Kubernetes DevOps Engineer with strong enterprise-scale platform engineering expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience building, securing, and operating large-scale Kubernetes environments. As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and maintaining development tools and infrastructure that support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement enterprise-grade Kubernetes platforms across cloud and hybrid environments with focus on scalability, resiliency, security, and high availability.
• Lead Kubernetes cluster configuration, networking, multi-tenancy, ingress, service mesh, storage, disaster recovery, and production operations best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to refine/suggest platform standards, security controls, deployment strategies, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues and optimize platform performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and developer experience.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to streamline deployment processes and improve system scalability.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Deep expertise with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native ecosystem.
• Strong experience with Azure, Terraform, Helm, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Prometheus/Grafana, and Linux systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise scale environments architecture - should be producer of service and not consumer.
  
  

-Experience implementing security, compliance, networking, and production-grade operational standards for Kubernetes platforms.-

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and their integration with containerized environments.
• Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to maintain system health.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Kubernetes.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
