DevOps Engineer(4-9 yrs)

Title: DevOps Engineer - Kubernetes & Cloud Infrastructure We're seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to champion the reliability and performance of our Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure through proactive monitoring and meticulous management Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize Six or more Kubernetes environments, including: o Service creation and deployment. o Performance monitoring and troubleshooting. o Upgrading Kubernetes clusters and applications. - Administer the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools: o Create and maintain build and deploy jobs. o Monitor pipelines for errors and ensure smooth operation. - Oversee artifacts and container lifecycle management by: o Ensuring smooth operation of Artifactory Manager and Docker Registry. o Optimizing performance of container image storage and retrieval. https://www.wavity.com/ - Manage Kubernetes version control and product upgrades: o Plan and execute upgrades to Kubernetes and application versions. o Provide troubleshooting support for upgrade-related issues. - Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new services and tools: o Evaluate new technologies for potential integration. o Integrate approved solutions into existing Kubernetes environments, assessing their impact on performance and stability. - Perform continuous monitoring of infrastructure and application logs: o Proactively monitor various metrics and telemetry data to identify trends and potential issues. o Draw conclusions from monitoring data and make recommendations for improvements. o Proactively scale resources and implement fixes to prevent downtime or performance degradation. o Respond promptly to incident management alerts. - Manage AWS and similar cloud infrastructure: o Utilize relevant cloud services for efficient resource management. o Ensure consistent configuration and operation across environments.
